What we store, where it comes from, and how to control it — in plain language.
What we store
Company information relevant to B2B sales: firmographic details (name, industry, size, location), business-context and firmographic data on companies and the professional roles associated with them, and the buying signals we detect — funding events, key-role hiring, executive changes, headcount growth, and company news — each with a link back to its public source. We don't collect personal information about private individuals outside of a professional context.
Where the data comes from
Publicly available corporate signals and licensed B2B business data — funding and leadership announcements, public hiring activity, press coverage, and firmographic data from licensed third-party providers. We don't publish the specific providers we work with, but every signal links back to its source, so you can verify it yourself.
Your rights over your data
If your business contact details appear in our data — for example, as a decision-maker on a company we monitor — you can request access to, correction of, or removal of that information at any time by emailing us. We honor removal requests without requiring proof of residency or a stated reason.
Where we run
Our application and database run on Supabase (built on AWS) and Vercel, with encryption in transit and at rest and automated backups provided by those platforms. We don't currently hold a formal security certification (for example, SOC 2) — if that changes, this page will say so.
Payments
Billing is handled by Paddle, acting as merchant of record for every purchase. We never see or store your full card details — that flows directly between you and Paddle.
Deleting your account
You can update your account details at any time from Settings. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us from your registered address and we'll confirm and process the request.
