What is a credit?

Where does the data come from?

From publicly available corporate signals and licensed B2B data — funding and leadership announcements, public hiring activity, press coverage, and firmographic data from licensed third-party providers. Every signal links back to its source so you can verify it yourself. We do not scrape professional networks.

How fresh are the signals?

Monitored accounts are checked for new buying signals every day. New strong-signal accounts show up on your Signals feed and in your weekly digest automatically.

Question 5

What happens after the 14-day pilot?

Accepted Answer

The trial runs 14 days with 50 monitored accounts, 7 full reports and 1 ICP — the same numbers the landing page states, enforced server-side. A card is required, you are not charged until day 15, and cancelling before then costs nothing. From day 15 the Pilot plan allowance applies (250 monitored accounts, 40 credits). If you cancel, monitoring pauses and your data stays in your account.

What happens to unused credits if I switch plans?

Plan credits don't roll over between billing periods or carry across a plan change — switching plans starts your new allowance from the new plan's limits. Purchased credit packs never expire and carry over regardless of plan changes.

Can I cancel any time? Do you offer refunds?
