What is a credit?

Where does the data come from?

From publicly available corporate signals and licensed B2B data — funding and leadership announcements, public hiring activity, press coverage, and firmographic data from licensed third-party providers. Every signal links back to its source so you can verify it yourself. We do not scrape professional networks.

How fresh are the signals?

Monitored accounts are checked for new buying signals — daily for priority accounts, every few days for the rest of your list. Priority means the accounts you are actively working (you ordered a report, recorded an outcome, or revealed a contact) plus anything added in the last two weeks. New strong-signal accounts show up on your Signals feed and in your weekly digest automatically.

What happens after the 14-day pilot?

The trial runs 14 days with 50 monitored accounts, 7 full reports and 1 ICP — the same numbers the landing page states, enforced server-side. A card is required, you are not charged until day 15, and cancelling before then costs nothing. From day 15 the Pilot plan continues at $99 a month with its full allowance (250 monitored accounts, 40 credits). If you cancel, monitoring pauses and your data stays in your account.

What happens to unused credits if I switch plans?

Plan credits don't roll over between billing periods or carry across a plan change. Your new plan's monitoring capacity, segments and seats apply as soon as the switch lands; the new credit allowance arrives with your next billing date. Purchased credit packs never expire and carry over regardless of plan changes.

How does the founding price work?

Your founding price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. Cancel, and standard pricing applies if you come back. It is applied at checkout while the founding round is open, and it follows your subscription if you change plans. Nothing about your plan's limits changes — only the price.

Can I cancel any time? Do you offer refunds?
