Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and credit purchases for Leadalise (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and, because Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our Merchant of Record, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases, Paddle processes payments and refunds on our behalf, and Paddle's own policies govern how a refund is assessed and issued (eligibility, payment method, timing, currency conversion).
How the charge appears on your statement. Because Paddle collects the payment, the charge will not read "Leadalise". Depending on your bank it appears under Paddle's name and our Paddle seller account, Braint (Paddle seller ID 377526). If you see that on a statement and do not recognise it, it is us — please contact support@leadalise.com before disputing it with your bank.
1. Try Before You Pay
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Your card is required to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point before then from your account settings — two clicks, no email required, no charge.
We would rather you decide during the trial than pay for a month you did not want. That is why this Policy does not offer a blanket money-back window after the fact: the trial is the trial.
2. Subscription Charges
- Subscriptions bill in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual, per your selected plan) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current, already-paid billing period, and it does not cut your access short: you keep the Service until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not provide partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Refund Requests
We do not operate a guaranteed refund window. Refund requests are assessed individually and processed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.
In practice we look at whether you received what you paid for. Where you did not — see Section 5 — we will put it right.
This Policy describes our own position as the software provider. It does not reduce or override any refund or statutory withdrawal rights you have under Paddle's Buyer Terms or under applicable law; where those provide broader rights, they prevail.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits already consumed to generate account reports or contact enrichments are not refundable once the underlying work has been produced, as the associated compute and third-party data costs have been incurred.
- Purchased credit packs do not expire, so they are not lost on cancellation — but the purchase itself is not refundable once credits have been used.
- Seats and other add-ons are billed for the full period you have already paid for. Adding an extra seat mid-cycle is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current period; removing a seat or other add-on stops the charge from your next renewal but is not refunded and does not create account credit for the remainder of the paid period, as the associated capacity was allocated to you for that period.
- Discounted and promotional charges, including founding-cohort pricing, follow the same rules as any other charge under this Policy.
5. Service Issues
If the Service is materially unavailable or defective due to an error on our part (for example, an extended outage, or failure to deliver paid functionality) for a meaningful portion of a billing cycle, we will, at our discretion, issue a prorated refund or account credit for that period.
6. Exceptions Required by Law
Where applicable consumer protection law grants a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund (for example, certain EU/UK consumer distance-selling rules), we honor those rights regardless of anything above. Because our subscribers are generally business customers acting in a professional capacity (B2B), consumer withdrawal rights may not apply, but we will assess each request against applicable law.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Contact support@leadalise.com with your account email and the reason for the request, or use Paddle's buyer portal (link provided in your purchase receipt).
- We will review the request against this Policy and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and are outside our control.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution, consistent with Paddle's buyer terms.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction unless a more favorable policy applies retroactively at our discretion.
